How to Return Artwork
Here is the simple process for returning an item:
1. Contact Livingstone Studio by phone at 231-448-2975 (summer) or 815-653-2149 (winter) or e-mail us at email@example.com to obtain return instructions. Art is sometimes returned directly to the artist.
2. We can provide you with a UPS Return Service label. You are responsible for shipping costs in most instances.
4. Repack the product in its original packaging materials, unless the package condition is not suitable for a safe return back to Livingstone Studio or the individual artist. You are responsible for artwork damaged in return transit.
If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, Livingstone Studio will pay the return-shipping costs.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of Livingstone Studio or the artist receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the artwork minus shipping costs. For the most, Livingstone Studio does not credit you the shipping and handling costs. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered or worn. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail or postal mail. If you have any questions, please call M-F, 8am-6pm and Saturday 9am-5pm.
Artwork Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged, or once opened, you find damaged artwork, call us at 231-448-2975 (summer) or 815-653-2149 (winter) or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please retain all of the original packing materials.
